We propose tailor-made assistance: framework, shared diagnosis, prevention plan, assistance in implementing and updating the single risk assessment document.
Together, we will gradually move towards a full and ultra-personalised assessment.
Our offer is based on two fundamental pillars: our network of consultants, who are all specialised occupational psychologists, and our in-house team which will assist you throughout the assessment and then on a long-term basis to implement actions.
Our methodology, our strengths :
The psychologist has two roles to play : listen to participants in the expression of their everyday life and objectify work situations. Our assessment is as factual as possible and not just based on the feelings of the callers/participants.
Participatory approach: employees are invited to talk about the actions to take in order to reduce or remove the identified risks. The role of the psychologist is to ensure that the actions are realistic and operational.
After a quantitative (questionnaire) and qualitative analysis (individual interviews and/or group interviews), a report of all the results will allow you to choose and implement the actions suggested.
At the end of these approaches, we will assist you to update the single record and the Yearly Action Plan.
The next part of the audit can take part face-to-face or remotely: questionnaires, group and individual interviews, etc. We are able to carry out the audit remotely without losing any quality in the exchanges. Our method is fluent and flexible, for you and your employees.
